Monday – Thursday:
10:00am to 7:00pm
11:00am – 3:00pm (for some therapists)
11:00am – 2:00pm (for some therapists)
You have up to 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel without incurring a fee. If you cancel your appointment less than 24-hours or simply do not show for your scheduled appointment a fee of $110 will be billed and sent to you. Exceptions will be made for emergencies or inclement weather.
Insurance & Payments
Redmond Therapy Group is an out-of-network provider and does not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service and you may request an invoice or superbill to submit to your insurance provider. We accept Checks, Debit Cards, Visa and Master Cards, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Plan (HSA) Cards.
Intake Appointments: $160 for a 50 Minute Session
Individual Appointments: $145 per a 50 Minute Session

Good Faith Estimate:
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
