What is an ADHD Evaluation
Our ADHD evaluations are grounded in the American Psychiatric Association’s
Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) and informed by years
of clinical experience.
We take a comprehensive, individualized approach to understand how ADHD symptoms impact daily life, work, school and relationships. Our Assessments evaluate attention, impulsivity, hyperactivity and executive functioning skills to provide a thorough and accurate understanding of each individual’s unique profile.

Review of personal, academic, and medical history

- Initial Appointment
- Meet with your clinician
- Complete a detailed family health history
- Provide contact information for two collateral contacts (parents, sibling, spouse)
- Assessment
- Electronic Assessment sent via email to complete
- Clinician interview with collateral contacts
- Follow-up Appointment
- Review Completed Assessments
- Clarify questions and additional information
- Final Feedback Session
- Review Results
- Discuss Diagnosis, support and recommendations
- Explore accommodations for work, school and daily life
